Meet Lt. Colonel James F. Chester, Jr. (retired police reserve officer), a lifelong boater, who purchased his first speedboat at age 16 and quickly discovered his passion for entrepreneurship in the St. Louis area. With a business track record across industries like electronics, security, and most recently as a chartered bus driver, James has always found time to explore the Mississippi and Missouri Rivers.
His daughter, Capt. Dr. Joi, now a USCG Master Captain and one of the few Black female boat captains in the region, returned to St. Louis after establishing herself as an international educational consultant. A former top-performing business leader for Bedroom Kandi Boutique Parties, she also spent 10 years empowering others as an intimacy coach.
Together, they’re the perfect team to guide you on a classy, themed yacht adventure, offering self-care, relaxation, education, and exclusive experiences. Come aboard and enjoy what they’ve treasured for a lifetime!
